Description
This is the super (and abstract) class for creating tasks involving PCT.

‡ Mandatory attribute
If dlcHome attribute is not set, PCT will try to use the content of the DLC environment variable.
If DlcHome task is used, the dlcHome attribute doesn't have to be specified in every task.
